Designed for solitude. Framed by nature.

This private single queen bed sanctuary offers a quiet moment within the landscape, a pause crafted with purpose. Surrounded by a tropical canopy and filtered light, it’s a space where architecture and environment move in harmony.

A welcoming deck invites you in, guiding you toward a structure where form follows feeling. Expansive glass panels frame the wilderness beyond, drawing the outdoors in and creating a seamless rhythm between shelter and nature.

Architecturally inspired. Thoughtfully shared.

Spacious and serene, the twin queen bed villa offers a retreat for couples, families, or close friends, a space designed for togetherness without sacrificing stillness.

Two private decks, one at the front, one at the back, extend your living space outdoors, creating room for slow mornings, shaded afternoons, or evenings beneath the stars. Inside, a shared lounge connects two sleeping areas, featuring a spa-style bathroom and a streamlined kitchenette that offers comfort, ease, and flexibility.

Open by design. Protected when needed.

This flexible structure is built for the flow of people, energy, and fresh air. Designed to accommodate 80 to 120 guests, the pavilion offers space for gathering, celebration, play, and rest, adapting seamlessly throughout the day.

The structure is intentionally designed with open sides and perimeter curtains that can be drawn to provide protection from rain, insects, or changing weather. This maintains a strong connection to the surrounding landscape, while offering comfort and enclosure when needed.

A warm natural palette defines the space. Cedar shakes, and thatched elements anchor the roof with texture and familiarity, while glulam beams and fabric accents provide softness and rhythm. The result is a structure that feels grounded and elevated, architectural yet approachable.

From weddings to workshops, shared meals to moments of pause, the pavilion adapts without losing its identity.

Designed for flexibility. Built with care.

A structure that holds the moment, and opens to what comes next.

Tridome Team

Tridome Method

1. Notice to Proceed

Once the notice to proceed has been issued, Tridome Structures will begin preparing a detailed schedule of activities which we refer to as the tasks to completion.

2. Scheduling

Tridome will issue a detailed schedule of tasks to completion starting from the date the NTP is issued until the last structure has been delivered to site.

3. Design/Engineering

Tridome will conduct a series of "Design Charettes" which will involve walking the client through the detailed designs and models to illustrate form, fit, and function in alignment with client expectations. This is a detailed process involving engineers, building department officials, and component manufacturers to ensure everything works together, is structurally sound, and meets all local building regulations.

4. Mockup

Tridome will prepare a mockup of the first structure to be reviewed by the client. The review of the mockup will serve as a proof of concept and any changes required to be made will be done using this mockup until client and local building AHJ's approval and sign off is achieved.

5. Procurement

Tridome will begin to procure all materials, hardware, finishes, equipment etc. to fulfill the requirements of the entire Baya site. Where required, adjustments to the schedule (including procurement and manufacturing) will be adjusted should the client wish to take a phased approach to the build.

6. Manufacturing

Tridome will begin to prepare raw materials as they arrive and sequence the manufacturing process in alignment with the overall project schedule.

7. Quality Control

Tridome will ensure quality at every step of the way during the manufacturing process. Inspections and test results will be made available to the client and the AHJ's ensuring transparency throughout.

8. Packaging

Tridome will package all finished products and sub-assemblies so as to eliminate or minimize potential damage during the loading, shipping, offloading, and installation process. A detailed assembly drawing will be prepared with sub-assembly and component indentification. The packaging labels will match the identification numbers shown on the detailed assembly drawing.

9. Site Shipping and Offload

To be arranged by the client, Tridome will provide all necessary weights, skid dimensions etc required for the client to arrange the pick up from Tridome's facilities in Massachusetts and deliver and offload at the site in Redland, Florida.

10. Installation

Tridome will supply one technician to direct the client's crews on the installation of the first building.
